"Good afternoon kakabsat, kakitongan, ken kapammati iti ili tayo nga Candon ken iti kabangibang.

Last week, I posted my unsolicited take on this Covid pandemia where our locality is affected. It was a post where I did not intend to discriminate, malign, and misinform in every sense of the word. It was insinuately a warning to the vulnerable ages (Senior Citizen, pregnant women, person with co-morbidity, especially children below 20 years old where they can still be seen littering around despite continuous warning and regulations from our authorities) in the page of our municipality only. Thus, I intended to maintain its privacy only within the premises of our community and not publicly or else I could have posted it on my FB wall to make it more public for everybody's consumption. I already took it down after Maam Aileen Acal, a friend of mine, called out my attention on a private message. I also did send a private message to the official page of Mayor Singson for my uttermost apologies, since I cannot post directly in its wall.

Again, If my post may have caused anything negatively to everybody else including my friends in the city, I offer you my sincerest apologies. We have different interpretations of things especially in social media and I came to realize it was insensitive of me. Ive known the City for quite a long time and I consider it home personally. Again, we are on these times where we have to be supportive, accepting, and kind to one another. Any form of discrimination is not helpful and unacceptable.

Im hoping and praying that we will come victorious out of this situation. At the end of the day, we have each other to rely on.

Once again, my sincerest apologies to everyone."

WE CAN INDEED, HEAL AS ONE. 🙂
