#CagayanPride | A native of Baggao town, Aldrin Ulep, has represented the Philippines in the recently concluded 'World Skills Competition' in Dresden, Germany and landed as a finalist.
He was a former TESDA Region Office 2 scholar in Automotive Servicing who battled against the best of the best all over the world.
Ulep shared a photo raising the Philippine flag after the activity.
"In a fast paced global workforce landscape, ones skills should not and can not be understimated. Skills can get you to places. Skills can unlock vast opportunities. Skills can create your future. Skills can change your world," he pointed out.
